Shipping costs

No hidden costs

We do not charge for shipping within Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Should you live outside of Germany, Switzerland or Austria, you can find the shipping costs in the table below. Should you want to pay per COD, we also take over the COD charges for you.

Fast delivery times

If you have placed your order by 4 p.m., you will generally receive the goods the next working day. However, if you pay per “PayPal and Prepayment”, please note that the goods cannot be shipped until the money has been credited to our account. Orders placed in Germany’s neighbouring countries are generally delivered to you within 48 – 72 hours. The delivery time can be up to 7 days for countries that are further away.

Always up-to-date

Trace your order on its way to you. After shipping, we will send you a so-called “tracking number” with which you can trace the current location of your package on the website of our logistics partner UPS. This allows you to always know where your package is located at the moment.
